Admissions
Qualifications

A child must meet the following criteria to enroll at Heritage Christian Preschool
  • Be 2yrs 7mo-4 years old; Must be that age by August 31st
  • Have the ability to participate in and benefit from the HCP program
Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. Waiting lists are common. If you end up on a waiting list, we will contact you if and when a spot becomes available. Please contact the HCP office (by phone or email) to check on available space for the program that you would prefer for your child.

Tuition

A tuition and payment policy has been formulated to provide necessary and regular income. Tuition is based on enrollment (a reserved space), not attendance. Parents are to pay the school on the first day of each week, or as prearranged with the school office. A late fee will be assessed when payments are not made by Thursday of each week. Parents are responsible for advising the school office if any weekly payment cannot be made on time.  Parents wishing to withdraw a child from HCP before the end of the school year must give two weeks written notice to that effect. Full payment is expected for those two weeks.

Policy for Late Fees
A late fee of $1/min will be charged when a parent is late picking up a child at the end of their scheduled day. This fee is to be added to the following week’s tuition payment. The half day pick up is no later than 12:30 PM, and the preschool closes at 3:30 PM sharp. We ask that you be considerate of our staff’s schedule, required staff/student rations, and that you would be prompt in picking up your child.
